Simple Changes in WaterColor

WaterColor is a great coastal community along the Gulf of Mexico and I was excited to give this cute cottage a little "refresh" before Christmas. The Mint Julep is a 4 bedroom/3 bath getaway situated on a quiet street. After many years of being a personal home, the new owners wanted to make it the perfect rental for big families. So, that's what we did! Jennifer Taylor Design has a streamlined process to not only give clients a personalized design, but we can deliver a turn key project that’s ready for renters.
The family room had very limited seating and felt a little tired. So, we woke it up! The furniture arrangement was changed to include a new sectional sofa and much needed accessories were added. Never under estimate the impact the right accessories can do for a room.
There are two master bedrooms downstairs. We changed each one a little to add some much needed storage and those all important flat screen televisions. Little changes that resulted in big improvements!
The upstairs was totally planned with the kids in mind! In addition to the two bedrooms and bath, there is a large playroom at the top of the stairs. We were able to really improve its function by replacing the twin beds with new bunks and moving the furniture and art around. Again, simple changes with big impact.
