WHAT IS REQUIRED TO GET A 3D RENDERING?
The only requirement is a finished floor plan. Our team needs this to begin the rendering process.

WHAT FINISHES DO I NEED FOR MY 3D RENDERING?
The second layer of a 3D rendering is your finishes. We can put in all the finishes you have picked out including flooring, lighting, paint colors, furnishings, tile, etc.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE FINISHES PICKED OUT?
No problem! We can plug in our favorite selections for your rendering.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY RENDERING?
Our average delivery time is 2-3 weeks after your Initial Consultation.

ARE THERE DIFFERENT TYPES OF RENDERINGS?
YES! We offer 2 different types of Renderings; Plus and Basic.

If you have some or alll of your selections picked out, the PLUS option is a great fit for you. We can place your specific wallpaper or paint color, flooring or appliances into the rendering to give you a realistic vision of your space.

If you do not have finishes picked out, the BASIC option is a great fit for you. For this option, we plug in our favorite selections to give you a vision of your space or to be able to visualize how multiple spaces will look together.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
We start with an Initial Consultation to review your plans and specific needs. From there we will put together a design fee proposal for you to review. Once approved, we’ll start working on your renderings. The cost of the Initial Consultation is $250.
