This is for the client who is ready to replace cabinets and might be looking to change their layout.  

  • A complete set of detailed cabinetry elevations are included and we require clients be prepared to replace their current cabinets with this level of service.

  • If a layout change is requested, we will also provide a floor plan.

  • All finish selections; such as counters, flooring, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, paint colors, cabinet hardware, etc. are included.

  • We provide at least one design presentation that includes multiple options and a 3D rendering so you can envision your new space.

  • Once all selections and plans are approved, we provide a complete specification notebook for your contractor.

  • The first step is an initial consultation with Jennifer to gather everything she needs to create a personalized design agreement. This is a one-hour meeting and the cost is $250.
