Managing a project is a totally different process than designing a project. When I began the final renovation at my house, I knew this was the time to document the entire process and teach it to everyone who wanted to learn. How to Renovate Your Bathroom Like a Pro

What does “like a pro” really mean? It means I walk you through ALL the steps to manage your own simple renovation and when you are done with the course, you’ll have the confidence to be able to start AND FINISH your own project. By “simple” I mean not moving any walls or an addition. Handling a cosmetic renovation doesn’t require a contractor, but it does require planning, organization and a lot of patience.

I have broken down my course into 5 video modules and each one covers a specific subject. From planning to budgeting to selecting all the finishes to scheduling and everything else in between. The average length of each video is 15 minutes. You can watch them one at a time or all at once, it’s totally up to you. All the videos are located in one spot that you can go back to again and again. I also give you a FREE workbook filled with worksheets and forms that we use at Jennifer Taylor Design.
